Dr. Balseca was born in Staten Island, NY and is a new resident of the Stockton area, where he is excited to serve the community alongside his father-in-law, Dr. Alfonso Delgado and wife, Dr. Natalie Delgado Balseca. He attended Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA where he played collegiate baseball for 4 years and achieved a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience. He graduated Dental school in 2020 from Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA and completed his general practice residency at the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Medical Center in 2021. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Joaquin Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry.
