Dr. Alfonso lives in Stockton with his family. He was born in Berkeley and is the youngest of 7 boys in a very loving and giving family. Ironically, he and his wife have 6 girls. He graduated Dental School in 1992 from the University of California at San Francisco. He is a proud member of the San Joaquin Dental Society, California Dental Association, American Dental Association, American Endodontic Society and the International Congress of Implantologists.
Dr. A earned his dental degree from UCSF and has been involved in dentistry practice since 1992. His interest and start of his dentistry journey began through his brother, Juan, who was the original owner of Delgado Dental Group. Over the years, Dr. A has continued to build meaningful relationships with patients and provide compassionate, personalized care.
Dr. A believes every patient should feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their dental visits. With a special interest in full-arch dentistry, he is passionate about helping patients achieve healthier, more functional smiles. What he finds most rewarding about being a dentist is the opportunity to change people's lives and make a lasting difference in their confidence and quality of life.
Outside of the office, Dr. A enjoys staying active by working out, spending time on the golf course, and gathering with family and friends for BBQs.
