Dental Financing at Delgado Dental Group
Hello, my name is Vanessa. I'm one of the treatment coordinators here at Delgado Dental Group. I'm here to answer a couple of common questions that we get about financing at the office.
If I need a dental procedure, but I don't have cash to cover it, are financing options available?
Yes, we offer several options. We provide Alphaeon, Cherry, Sunbit, Flex Buy, and we also accept Care Credit.
Will I have to pay for my dental procedure up front?
Yes, we collect payment up front, but if you need financing, we're able to help you in-office.
What dental financing options are available from Delgado Dental Group? And how do they work?
At the office, we can help you with the application. We have Alphaeon, Cherry, and Sunbit. It's a quick five-minute application, and we also accept Care Credit if you have it already.
For Cherry, it is 24 months with zero interest. The application is really fast. We can do it on your phone. It takes literally two to three minutes. For Alphaeon, that is a credit line. You apply for a credit card through them, and you're able to use it at any dental office. For Sunbit, similar to Cherry, we can apply through your phone in-office, and it takes about five minutes.
Do all dental financing options require a credit check?
For our financing, we perform a soft credit check. It does not impact your credit. There is no effect on your credit. For Alphaeon, they do a soft credit check for the application, and if you decide to use them, they perform a hard inquiry later after you are approved.
Does dental insurance typically cover the cost of most dental procedures?
Depending on the insurance, they cover a variety of different procedures. It depends on your plan, but if something is not covered, we can use financing for the rest.
How do I find out if my insurance will cover the cost of my dental procedure?
Once you make an appointment here at Delgado Dental Group, you give us your insurance information, and we call them to see how much of each procedure is going to be covered. We get an accurate percentage for every treatment. When you come in, you speak to one of our treatment coordinators, such as myself, and we're able to explain and give you an estimate as accurately as possible for your treatment.
If my insurance will only partially cover the cost of my dental procedure, can financing options help me pay for the rest?
Of course, we'd be happy to help you with the application if you need financing.
Can Delgado Dental Group help me find financing options so that I can get the dental care that I need?
Of course. We have a great team of treatment coordinators, and we are very skilled. Whatever your needs are, we will find the financing that's best for you.
How can I get started with dental financing?
All you have to do is ask. We can do an application here in the office. It takes five minutes or less, and we'd be able to find out if you get approved.
